Tony Cawkell

CITECH Ltd, Iver, Buckinghamshire, UK, tony.cawkell{at}mailexcite.com

Discusses search operations using the Web of Science via a server on the World Wide Web. The facilities include the usual Boolean etc., search on subject and bibliographic details; cited reference query; and related records. A search example is presented from the field of pulmonary hypertension, concluding that the combination of Web technology and the use of citation interconnections provides a fast and useful retrieval mechanism.
